You will be responsible for crafting our signature artisan pizzas, developing new seasonal recipes, maintaining the highest quality standards, and mentoring junior kitchen staff. • 3+ years pizza/Italian cuisine experience
• Strong leadership & communication skills

As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations at our Clinton Township location. This includes managing the front-of-house team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, handling inventory and supplier relations, and upholding our brand standards. We need a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced dining environment and has a genuine love for hospitality.

• 2+ years restaurant management
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Experience with POS systems
• Customer-first mindset
• Staff scheduling experience

You will greet guests warmly, take orders with precision, deliver food and drinks, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile. As a Prep Cook at Green Lantern Pizza, you will be an essential part of our kitchen operations — prepping fresh ingredients, supporting the chef team during service, maintaining cleanliness, and helping uphold our rigorous food quality standards. This is a fantastic entry point into the restaurant industry with room to grow into a full cook role.

• Kitchen experience a plus but not required
